Fishing
FISHING WITH THE BOYS. I CAUGHT A BASS.

YOU CAN'T LEAVE AFRICA WITHOUT DOING A LITTLE FISHING. ELWOOD WAS A BIT NERVOUS OUT IN THE BOAT. HE HAD SEEN A CROCODILE THE OTHER DAY AND DIDN'T WANT TO SAY HELLO AGAIN. HE WAS SAFE. HIS GUIDE THAT DAY WAS KYLE ELPHICK. KYLE TOLD HIM TO SIT BACK, RELAX, AND LET THE FISH DO ALL THE WORK. SO, THEY DID JUST THAT.
SOMETIMES, I JUST LIKE TO SIT AND THINK ABOUT ALL THE GOOD PEOPLE I HAVE MET!

ON THOSE MILD SUMMER DAYS WHEN ELWOOD TRIES TO CATCH A FEW RAYS, HE SEEMS TO FALL INTO A TRANCE. I'VE ALWAYS IMAGINED THAT HE IS RELIVING THE GOOD TIMES HE HAS HAD WITH LOVING PEOPLE. BY THE WAY ELWOOD IS READING ABOUT ONE OF HIS HEROES. HE IS TAKING NOTES ON "WILL ROGERS". YOU SEE, ELWOOD HAS NEVER MET A MAN (PERSON) THAT HE DIDN'T LIKE.

LET'S SEE ESTHER WILLIAMS DO THIS.

I MUST ADMIT THAT ELWOOD IS NOT A GOOD SWIMMER, BUT HE DOES ENJOY A RELAXING FLOAT ON "TUDOR" HIS TURTLE. INTERESTING POINT (ELWOOD'S WEIGHT IS 12 LBS. DRY. ELWOOD'S WEIGHT WET IS CLOSE TO 300 LBS.)
